Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another once it has been shipped, including tracking details.

We deliver across India and offer reliable shipping through trusted courier partners.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Customized items (e.g., personalized names, photo gifts) require 2–3 additional business days for production before they are shipped. We will notify you in case of any delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Areas
- We currently ship all over India.
- International shipping is available to selected countries and is calculated at checkout.
If your location is not available during checkout, feel free to reach out to us to check delivery availability.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please allow 1–2 extra business days for unforeseen courier delays.
- Then contact us with your order number, and we will assist you with tracking and resolution.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
