No Return or Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. Once a product is purchased, the sale is considered final.

Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Items)

Replacements are only applicable if the product received is physically damaged. To qualify for a replacement, you must meet the following conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video should clearly show the product damage upon opening.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and order details.

If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process any replacements.

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or any issues after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, delay in delivery, or personal preference.
